Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can investigate.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or credit.

Changed Your Mind?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used feed or supplements
• Products that have been repackaged after delivery
